I am buying a Shared Ownership property 68% and have a good size deposit.
I understand the all the pit falls and highs of both types of Mortgages .
I just wanted to get a feel in this market.
So TRACKER OR FIXED !

I am buying a shared ownership house aswell and we have been told by our broker to definately go for a tracker mortgage.
