SOA do I work it out per onth or per 4 weeks

Sorry, trying to be as exact as possible.. When doing a statement of affairs do I work it out on the basis of a calender month or do I do it every 4 weeks?I am a bit confused (and always hated maths)

It's much simpler to do it monthly as most bills are monthly.
If you have something coming in four weekly, divide it by 4, times by 52 then divide by 12 for a monthly figureNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
