hi everyone!
ive bought some rather cheap shoes and have found that the left shoe is slightly too big (or my left foot is slightly too small!!) if i walk consiously thinking about it i can keep the shoe on, otherwise, it slips off and is rather embarrasing! theyre quite new but because ive worn them up and down the office corridor, theyre slightly scuffed so if i dont get on with them i might as well give them away but i really hope it dont come to that!
have anyone got any ideas to make it a better fit? i did try and stuff it with a bit of the tissue paper that came in the shoe but i just ended up treading on it in the shoe!!!
if anyones got any good ideas, please let me know!!
Thanks

You can buy gel pads which go into shoes, they tend to make the shoes a bit tighter, you'll find them in most chemists. Or you can get suede 'heel grips' which go at the back of the shoe and hold it on a bit, I *think* you can get those at chemists too (especially slightly old-fashioned places with a big Scholl section lol).0

Ooh, I know the answer to this one! Buy a half inner sole from a shoe shop.
DD has one foot half a size larger than the other, so always has to have the half inner sole in the larger shoe - the toe end ones, not the ones that go round the heel.It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
Thicker socks perhaps? You're not alone having different sized feet so don't think you're some sort of freak
I have to wear a size 12 just to get a proper fit for my right foot as it's slightly too big for size 11 which is what my left foot is.

Think you would be able to get the suede pads at the cobblers. I've used these where a shoe is slightly large. I have one foot a little bigger than the other, not much, but enough to make a difference in a shoe.[SIZE=-1]"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. thanks everyone ill give it a good. certainly wont be trying socks though! theyre high heeled platform work shoes!!0

If it high heels then definetly use a half insole. I've got loads of right ones kicking about, because it's my left foot that is smaller!!0

It's definitely the half insoles as they work by pushing your foot back against the heel. The shoe shop told me not to use the heel grips as they push your feet away from the heel hence less not more grip!0
