Husky Stella Fridge going cheap (merged)

Somerfields stores have the Stella Fridge made by Husky for £59.99 not sure if its just local or all stores. Went to Comet and its £99.99 in there, so I got them to price match it and got it for £55.99. I am off to get some larger

Just been into my local store (Dunstable) and they have not had any fridges, so I felt obliged to relieve them of 12 bottles of Penfolds Cabernet Shiraz for £34.08 including the extra 5% wine discount for bulk purchase!

Didn't get a fridge, but am certainly going to have a good weekend!

If anyone knows of a Summerfield in the Luton/Dunstable area with the fridges, please post as I really want one.

I know these have been down to £40ish, but seeing as it is so hot, they are in stock at moment at Kwiksave plain white, £49.99, and next week (Thurs) Lidl will have Stella ones for same price. They hold 40+,cans or bottles. hic. ;)

Reminder Added, for those wot dont know, Kwiksave still have DVD+ recorders, for £89.99

They look like old stock, going by the picture as they are now silver and not white like the picture. But still a bargain though :D ,good luck to anyone who is going for one as Lidi sells out very quickly with things like these.

Are there different sizes available..?? With you saying that you're off to get a larger model, I just wondered because the one you've described sounds like one I saw which holds quite a lot of beer. Is the larger one double size?

I think I must of had a few when I wrote it, as I meant "beer" :D .
But now it needs filling up again, still got 4 left at Somerfields in Walton, Liverpool. I cannot belive some people on Ebay have paid over £90.00 plus P&P for graded ones.

    Part of the Furniture
I got one of the Lidl ones this morning, plenty in Redditch at £49. Firstly it is not Stella branded as on some leaflets but plain white or silver your choice, they still have the similiar drinks chillers at £66. Also the £49 one is not 50 litre capacity as on the leaflet but 46 litre, but... it is a proper food safe (5 deg) fridge with a compressor and not a glorified electric cool box like the slightly larger £66 chiller which is clearly marked NOT for food storage. many of those chillers are thermoelectric powered and very expensive to run (class G!), the lidl £49 is rated Class B which isn't too bad (A is best). Its a sturdy metal cased item and ideal for a bit of extra fridge space for all those BOGOF bargains!

i bought one of these fridges ages ago for around £50 from makro (3years ago i think) it is a husky budweiser jobbie.

they are good but dont get as cold as a normal fridge and are VERY noisy so not good for the bedroom, but mine is still going strong :) ohh and they need defrosting once every few months because there is a huge ice build up a the back
