Hi not sure if this is the right forum for this thread. Question: Do you the feel like I do that banks should offer some insentive for online banking, I'm with RBS and do almost everthing online, pay bills, transfer money, set up direct debets, make mortgage overpayments, request cheque books ect, ect, I'am never in my local branch.basicly I feel like I am my own bank manager at times.I know that there is a is a lot of advantages for me doing this my self. I would like to here some views on this .Thanks pch77

I'm the same and do all my bnaking online or sometimes via telephone banking
I had to go into the branch yesterday for a few minutes to hand in a signed form as I'd opened a new ISA account but, that was for customer services not the teller queue.
If they had offered £100 on account opening for internet current account only - I would've chosen that but, I guess my reward is not having to stand in the queues, like many othersProudly Banking & Saving With:
