Hi there, can anyone help?
i need to change my mortgage at the end of March(currently £130000 over 21Yrs, house value £200000). Problem is we are moving house within the next 12/18 months and therefore that means i cant go for a fixed term deal like a discount(we have one now). I'm leaning towards trackers as i think it's more than likely rates will go down rather than up. Also i'm not considering mortgages with redemption fees or huge product fees as it would not make sense to pay 7/800 pound for a mortgage that i'm going to be changing next year.
I saw First Direct are doing a very good deal at the moment, no product or redemption fees on an offset tracker. Just wondering if anyone spotted any other deals that would fit my admittedly fussy criteria.
Regards
M.

Plenty of fee free remortgage deals out there - you just need to number crunch to see which is offering the best deal for your circumstances.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
