Hi all! I've kind of been doing this, but will try and join in properly next month - I listed a huge load of CDs and stuff on Amazon Marketplace two weeks ago, and am waiting to be credited with the £75 I've already made from stuff sold (from this I have to subtract postage costs; which is around 16 quid so far). I've also sold something on Ebay and have a few more items to list. I'm massively in debt, but am not currently in a position to do anything more as I'm a full time mature student, so this extra money is going into a separate account as next year is going to be killer and I'll need all the extra money I can get (I'll hopefully be doing my LPC if the bank let me have a further loan (scary, but necessary for me to get to where I want to be workwise, and paying off debt wise!)
Sorry, that was a bit of a long explanation, really just wanted to say hi!0 -
I'm hoping to save up enough to pay fora holiday outright, are they really that expensive? Might have to rethink that idea!

I'm excited this morning, hadn't realised we were adding clubcard voucher. Got mine this week £43.50. I haven't spent all that, have done some home deliveries and used extra point codes and extra clubcard points from mailings.
Still waiting to see what postie will bring today, expecting OH first pigsback voucher, and have printed some money off vouchers from pigsback so hopefully they will come off my shopping this weekend. Have also sent off some complaint letters this week so the may bring some vouchers
Good luck everyone, we're into the home straight

Hi all! I'm really embarrassed to say I haven't joined in here yet...
... I know its late, but can I start from today? If I can, I'll amend my sig.... I sort of thought it clashed with the Olympic Challenge, and then I saw Gemmzie doing this one, and thought, well, doesn't clash then! I was wondering how to count it, as I count the Olympic one when its received (tho my total is out of date) so I could count this one when I make the effort that brings in the money, so to speak (unless we're talking about selling things, then its when I get the sales email, I suppose)...
Presuming/hoping I can join, this is what I've done today:
£5.74 counted up new change into change jar
£5 in addition taken away from change jar to be cashed in bank.
£4.46 just won on the bingo
So today, a total of £15.20, if I can join!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

I signed up for bingos.co.uk through clickcashback for £20 cashback, and the transaction was declined by them so beware! Apparently bingos have a really bad track record of paying cashback. They still send me a load of junk email every day though - bingos digest.
Karmacat - hi and welcome! I'm sure you'll absolutely walk this challenge with the amount you seem to motivate yourself to do every day! I treat the 2 challenges totally seperately: on the £10 a day I count everything as I actually do it, so e.g. £1 for a survey, 5p piggy click, £20 for a bingo win and so on exactly at the time that I do the 'work' for it.
But for the Olympic I count it as it actually credits my account or arrives in the post. Because this one is short term, I think that you can only do your best to achieve the £10 a day and it's disheartening if you can't count it for several months, whereas Olympic lasts much longer so you can wait for things to credit. Make any sense?!0 -
If anyone has signed up to Crazy Bingo based on my post a few days ago, please don't deposit any funds.
I have just received an email stating that my attempted withdrawal of my winnings (from the free money) had been cancelled because (a) I have not deposited and played through at least £10 and (b) I also need to play through my 'free' money 5 times before withdrawing funds!
I had checked the FAQs on joining but saw neither of these playthrough 'rules', just that you had to deposit before withdrawing.
Obviously this makes it totally unworthwhile as a money-making option, and I thought I should warn anyone, and apologise.
I am currently trying to get my original cash stake back, I don't know how likely it will be, but if I'm successful I'll let you know.DFW Nerd no. 884 - Proud to [strike]be dealing with[/strike] have dealt with my debts0 -
Hi Panda! Thats exactly what I was thinking, about the way to count it: count it here when I do it, count it on Olympic when the money arrives - seems the logical way to make use of the two challenges, I think..
How you? You managed to back out of that room you got stuck in! And not moving.... sorry2023: the year I get to buy a car0
