Please Help Romantica Kelly Dress

PLEASE help my sister in law to be has chosen her dream dress.
Only problem is the dress is now discontinued so we do have a few options but any other suggestions would be great.
SIZE 16 IN SHOP CAN HAVE IT ALTERED TO A 12

BUY ONE FROM EBAY AND USE AS A TEMPLATE AND HAVE ONE MADE BUT WITH THE ESSENTIAL BITS REMOVED FROM THE ORIGINAL.

OPTION 3 CANCEL THE WHOLE ORDER AND START FROM NEW.

ALL THE BRIDESMAID DRESSES HAVE BEEN PICKED AND ORDERED TO COMPLIMENT THE BRIDES DRESS.
SO IDEALLY WE NEED THIS THIS DRESS.
DID ANYONE WEAR THIS DRESS AND WOULD YOU BE WILLING TO SEND A SELECTION OF PHOTO'S.

PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP
A VERY DESPERATE CHEIF BRIDESMAID.
