It took approx 2 weeks after valution for me to get my mortgage offer, but that was with the Nationwide. It has taken just short of four weeks from the day we applied.0

well talk about quick response, got home today and the mortgage offer was sat on the door step , so from having surveyor round monday , offer recieved today so all is happy,.......0

our mortgage is also (soon will be) with the nationwide. Took less than 2 weeks from application for the valuation to be carried out and formal offer to be made. We did use a recommended IFA who seemed to pester them a bit so this might of helped.
Typically I have been told to expect a 4 week wait on average so both must have had some luck!0 -
28-35 days for an application to drawdown is around average. Pester power certainly speeds things along, as well as having the correct information with your application.Scott0
