all depends on your companies setup I think, ours has explicitly stated that whilst our P60 etc. will now show a new reduced salary due to the sacrifice, with regards to pension contributions, bonus calculation, mortgage applications etc. an original 'base salary' i.e. what we used to be on originally, will be retained on record and always used in those cases, and be updated as per wage increases over time
