northern rock problems

i have finished my 6 months renewal of my dmp with n.rock and they refuse to continue it. i heard nothiing untill the other day when i got a phonecall asking for my mobile number and work number (they didint get it)
she continued to ask if i could pay the arrears of £176 on my acount? i said i could not and that i informed the last person in september i would be able to go to full payment then. she said she would note it on the file.

fast foward to today! got a phone call again asking the same thing and again i said no! she said that i would contine to recieve phonecalls from them untill i do! i was in a bit of shock! so asked could i increase my payments and it would look more favoable to the financial difficulties dept. i said i coud push to £2 (which i can ... just) which would make my payment from 127.86 to 129.86 she then asked uld i not round it up to £130? for the saked of 14p i said yes. she said it would now get passed to the finandi dept and they would decide from that.

they had better accept the next 6 months dmp or i will be very annoyed.

anyone else having problems with the rock?
