Yes although she's potentially looking at two lots of fees to set each up.0

Just trying to gather info so can make informed options as her partner has the deposit money in a savings account locked until May, have to do lots of calculations to work out the most financially viable way to get them a property sooner.Debt Free 👏 Except the mortgage of course.

how locked away is the money - you can often gt money out of a savings account but with a penalty.
?find out what this is - is this cheaper than arranging 2 mortgages?0
