Hi
I'm a novice at finance so forgive the stupid question - I've seen adverts for companies (e.g. Tax Buddies), that offer to check whether or not you're due any tax rebates and carry a reclamation out for a percentage or set fee.
I wouldn't know where to start with reclaiming tax myself and am tempted. Any advice? Are they trust worthy? Do any come recommended/ avoid like the palgue? Is there an idiot's guide to doing this yourself?
