it says on the order page that the code is on the catalogue and this catalogue is one of the ones which comes with the sunday newspapers.
before i ordered i went and had a look at last weekends newspapers and the catalogue was in the daily mail and the code was inside

I got some - any excuse for new shoes LOL Got little sis a pair too cos her birthday is coming up next month. They feel so comfy I don't think they need to be 'worn in' at all - no annoying chafing around the toes:)
