Looking for a decent light like thsi with LEDS

I seen a light like this on a c4 program the other day. I would like one similar to this one below but using less energy perhaps LEDS anyone seen only like this

Would be lucky to find one with LEDs. LEDs give off considerably less light and I doubt they would be suitable for a hallway (all LEDs give off same amount of light and only way of increasing it is to pack more LEDs into the same space, which would then make it a fair bit pricier and probably impossible with the design above).
