I'm just in the process of moving and was looking at these 10yr deals. However, 10 yrs is a long time so I decided to go for a 5 yr deal instead with the A & L. 4.59% which I thought was a good deal.0

I have just joined the forum and I'm interested in all the views about mortgages. I have just noticed that the Yorkshire BS are now offering a ten-year fixed deal at 4.74%. Sounds good to me!
The A&L five year deal at 4.59% is not bad either, though cheaper deals are available elsewhere.0
