Nice spot! JJB sports are selling England away shirts at a bargainous £3 for kids and £5 for adults. The new away shirt will be launched next month, but if you’re not fussy about having the latest kit, these are a top buy.

JJB are selling England's away football shirt (the red one) for £3. The shirt will be being replaced within the next few months and I've only seen it at this price in boy's sizes. (Given the low standing of the England team the new design isn't going to fly off the shelves when it comes out!)

The new away shirt is launched on 12 March 2008. It will likely be discounted, as with England not qualifying fro the Euro 2008 Championships there is concern that sales will not be as expected.

I originally thought that it was launched on Tuesday 5 February (day before swiss game) as saw the press comments about getting Fabio Capello involved and his potential conflict of interest with Umbro and Kappa (?) who sponsor him. But double checked on the FA Site and got link through to the England Store website that has oodles of piccies and ads showing 12 03 2008 as the date.

Or perhaps the launch and when avaialble to buy are not the same date? Seems a bit silly though if they are not avaialble to purchase when launched.

Got one today - sizes looked quite generous to me, you'd have to be massive to get in an XXL (no offence to anyone). I got a Large Boys size which looks plenty big enough for age 10-11. Good value at £3, absolute robbery at around £35 RRP. They had nice pink and white Nike girls shorts on the bargain rails for £1 too. Quite a few mis-matched trainers for £2 a pair - ie. one size 7, and one size 8!
