Can anyone tell me whether there is anywhere I can search for a remortgage where I can take advantage of any preferential rates for such a low LTV amount? Many thanks.

Hi, deal with any broker and they should be able to answer this question for you. Most deals dont get any better once you are below the 75% loan mark.
