Hi all, I am about to write an article for one of the Nationwide Mortgage magazines re the above. Does anyone want me to post on the site? And if yes, is it a normal post or is there a features section within this website?

I'm interested to read your article but not sure of the protocol re how you post... sorry not much help there! I do wonder however if you would be better putting this enquiry onto the 'houses, buying, selling, renting and prices' board (underneath this one on the forums board). The other thing that comes to mind is to ask one of the mods about this or maybe you could pm someone who has been around these boards a long time and talks a lot of sense (IMHO Generali and/or Doozergirl).
