Hi
I bought a couple of large photo collages from photobox last year and for 3 months they have sat in the tube they came in because I cannot find any reasonably priced frames to fit. Online I've only found retailer supply stores which want you to bulk buy, which isn't what I want. In shops I've only found 50cm x 70cm frames which mean I'd have to chop 2 inches off the height - again, don't want to do that. I know a framing shop might be able to help but there is nowhere like that near us as far as I can tell from google, and I worry about the expense - it'd be a last resort.
I emailed photobox today and was sent back the following email
"I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, I would suggest the you try akiya"
After emailing back clueless, I realised he meant Ikea... (they only do 50x70cm ones). I don't want to email back cos there's clearly only one guy working there today and he seems like a bit of a muppet (in the nicest possible way!), but I'm really annoyed that I spent £19.99 each on these photos and can't put them on the wall! GRR!
If anyone knows of any cheap suppliers of frames in this size that would be great. Alternatively any recommendations of framers in SW london in case I get to the last resort...
