I took this out on 27 Jan but still haven't had the Nectar points. Has anyone else taken out the policy and received the points?

Does anyone remember what the T+Cs were - did it say how long the points would take to come through?

I've sent e-mails to Sainsburys Finance but had no reply.

Hi Taxiphil ...

I took mine out on Jan 15th ... do not think mine are thru ... haven't been in to Sainsbugs and used my card to check ...

I was worried too so I called the Nectar Helpline about 10 days ago ... They said it could take between 8 to 10 weeks for them to go on ... but they did say if I still had not got them by March end I should call them back and they would add them manually ...

I have had my Quidco money paid already for this one ... so you would think all is an hand ...

I took this offer up on two different nectar cards, but have had no points (I did get the cashback ).
I think it said in the t&c's to allow 28 days for points, but it's been well over that time.

I would like to query the points, but how would I take it up with... Nectar, or Sainsburys?
