Wilkinsons Magic Roundabout Lunchbox...cheap

The Magic roundabout lunchboxes are 3.99 with a "half price" sticker on , then "75% off" sticker so I queried at till how much they were now down to, Imagine my complete surprise when they came in at 99% off so were just 4p!!! I checked and doubled checked my receipt and then went back for more :-)
Maybe this will be of use to somebody....hope so.
btw, they also have a drinks bottle inside....definate bargain!!!!

Wilko's also have some £1 off minimum £10 spend coupons available either at the checkouts or at customer services.

The lunchboxes sound like a bargain! Hope they have got some offer deals.

thanks for this post.rushed off to my local wilko as i knew there were 2 shelves of them.took 2 to the till....sure enough ...came up as 4p but they woudnt let me buy them as they said once they are reduced to 99% they are not allowed to be sold to the public.

phoned head office when i got home who informed me that they have to sell you them at 99% off if still on shelves as they are supposed to be removed once reduced.Basically it means the store is not doing its job properly and that they do have to sell it to you for the 99% price.

the store manager has now been told to keep 2 back for me.Wish id phoned head office whilst still in the store but at least you know now that we have still a right to buy at 99%!!!!

That is so very rude, how on earth can a shop assisstant say that they cannot sell you something that you have just picked up from a shelf just because it is reduced by 99%? If the item is displayed for sale then surely they should be aware that they must sell the items to you and then remove the rest of the items if they cannot sell the rest? I was gonna go over to wilkos to have a look for these but as its a pretty long journey I am gonna give it a miss now as I know I would just end up getting into a huge argument with them if they tried to stop me buying them (and me being me I would have wanted to take every single one and tell others in store to do the same!)

I nipped into my local store today but they only had one with Zebadee.I tried to reach it but in doing so knocked it off the shelf.After chasing it bouncing down the isle for a few minutes i gave up
