I've not been comping long and I am waiting for my first win , just to confirm to me that it is a worthwhile way to spend my time. Some people seem to have won loads already this year. I wonder how many they enter ?;)
You're not far from me, I'm in Notts.Win £2008 for 2008 member No 678 £62/2008 so far0 -
Hi Butternut i only started properly at Christmas so am still being patient just thought i would ask if there was anyone else.

It took me about 2 months before i had my first win, but i tend to get at least 3 - 4 a month now. I also enter about 600 - 800 a week, so the win/enter rate isnt good, but def worth it as sometimes you can win something good!!!
If you dont enter, you cant win!!!0 -
I have been entering comps for 2 years and have won about £1100 worth of prizes over this time but at the moment I am having a drought and have not won anything since the beginning of December, I think there are lots more people entering comps at the moment what with Martins show and people making New Years Resolutions or just too skint to go out so entering comps instead. I always used to say it was roughly 1 win per 1000 comps but at the moment I think the average for me in way more than 1000 comps per prize.
Hopefully you and I and everyone else will have their first wins of the year just to keep us motivated if nothing else.

I've only just started comping a week ago so you won't be surprised that i've yet to get a win, although i've probably entered about 100 comps. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that one day soon i come home and find that i can't get to my front door because of all the parcels left on the doorstep.0

I was winning quite regularly before xmas but I must have been entering about 500-600 a week. I havent won in Jan but late December was a busy time for me so not alot of spare time to comp, all I can say is if you want to win then you can never enter enough. devote as much time as you can and you will win. Good luckTotal 2019: £3972 - Best win this year £3000
2018 total £4062/2017 total £2260/ 2016 total £2025/ 2015 total £3809.0 -
I enter about 30 to 40 a day, and usually none at weekends. I tend to enter the ones I really want to win, so I generally don't enter the smaller prizes0
