Any ideas how i do this?
I need to put some money into a HSBC account based abroad. However I am having to pay £18-£21 i charges for dong this.
Is there any way to avoid paying this charges (i only want to pay £20!).

If you have a HSBC account too then they only £10.
The other option is use PayPal or Western Union (only if you know the person). I don't if you've seen this guide which Martin produced a month or so back:
