  • I have one of the machines (I-Joy) that were illustrated on Supersize/Superskinny, but it is not exactly the same as the one depicted here. It cost over £200 more and the saddle bit is blue/grey leather with white and grey base. I really enjoy using it (had it since September) but I would have to say that, in my opinion, they overstate the benefits. Some of the articles say "drop a dress size in 4 (or 6, or 8) weeks using it 2 x 15 minutes per day. Well I used it like that September - December (then it had to be returned because it stoped working) and it certainly toned up my abdominals but I did not lose weight and I did not drop a dress size. I received my replacement one early in January and I am beginning to tone up again because I lost the definition gained in the weeks when it was not working. Gillian McKeith said that her ladies lost on average 1.5 inches off their hips - but I haven't. DH said it might be because I don't have much to lose - but I am not convinced! But as I said - I enjoy it and definately notice a bit of a difference and hope that after 6 months or so I will rave about it. And I have to say that when it went wrong the company were extremely helpful.

i also had the ijoy horse on trial for 2 months. i used it RELIGIOUSLT twice a day. apart from some light bruising on the top of my thigh I LOST NOTHING> no inches no weight , no dress side.

I really really wanted it to work, but it didnt, therefore unless you can trial it, i wouldnt waste your money.
