I heard that with new pension laws coming out next year, you will be able to purchase property and add it to your pension portfolio.
Now, I have absolutely NO idea when it comes to pensions so can someone enlighten me? Does it mean that I can use my pension funds to buy a holiday property, use it myself and rent it out over the next 20 years, then sell it when I want to retire?
All sounds too perfect to me,
