in 2002 my husband had his house repossesd by bradford and bingly could anybody please advise us when we are going to be able to have a morgage again and who would be the best coumpanies to approach

How much deposit have you got at the moment?

Dear Whitehaven Girl, the size of your deposit will depend if you get a mortgage or not. However, without a deposit you will struggle and you may be looking at least a 10% deposit to find a deal.

thanks for all advice we have been renting since and are thinking about looking giving another 12 month financially now we are ok bothe have good jobs but with the repossesion it will go against us or how long will it stay on our credit file.
