Hi,
I want to ask you how long should be a house loan? 10, 20, 30 years?
I mean if it's any advice from your personal experience regarding this issue.

So I should collect the offers an compare the costs. Hopping that in this way I can avoid some "spam" as you said.
What do you think about building an investment based on houses loan ? In this moment the houses price tend to be a little bit cheaper then in the last years. So it would be a proper moment to buy.0 -
