    it's lovely sally, well as long as you like lamb! The texture is a bit like stuffing or a coarse cut, good quality sausage and the taste is a very 'rustic' taste of lamb, black pepper, herbs. I've done some gravy with it, the leeks in cheese sauce are for the OH. Very filling as well!
