in Cutting tax
For 9 months of this upcoming tax year I was in a partnership in which the other 2 partners did a runner with all the company assets quite a few of my assets and all the financial documents et. I thought I would just be able to file a tax return declaring all my drawings from the company over that period but it is asking me for a partnership code. Would it still be able to declare my earnings without this
thanks in advance

No. Your income is derived from the partnership profit.
The partnership is required to prepare a partnership tax return and advise the individual partners of the entries to put on their tax returns.
If the partnership return hasn't been prepared (which wouldn't surprise me given the scenario you describe) you should approach HMRC now to explain why you can't file your return. It may be enough to get you off a late filing penalty.0
