in Cutting tax
Hi, I'm looking at setting a Limited Company, I will also soon (well, next april) become eligable to repay my student loan.
I was wondering if anyone knew about the rules as to what I'd pay in Tax if Im a limited company , ie, pay myself partly in salary and partly dividends?
Thanks
Matt
