Not in terms of needing help or anything. They were just completely crap in terms of sending out final accounts/bills/etc. Try to avoid if humanly possible."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

We wanted final bill etc as we had switched, absolutely flipping useless, I simply wouldn't use them again if they became the cheapest ever supplier.
I want to know what Ofgem are going to do about the poor service?"Wisdom doesn't automatically come with old age. Nothing does, except wrinkles. It's true, some wines improve with age. But only if the grapes were good in the first place." — Abigail Van Buren0 -

Nothing. We complained to energy watch. Nothing happened. The regulators have not teeth and are just watchpuppies."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

That's what I had hope for, but reading the bbc website, I didn't see any mention of Ofgem taking any action at all.

Edit: ZTD just answered my question about the regulators....Bl*ody useless the lot of them."Wisdom doesn't automatically come with old age. Nothing does, except wrinkles. It's true, some wines improve with age. But only if the grapes were good in the first place." — Abigail Van Buren0 -
hey all,
just to prove we can win against Npower...
My mum and dad split up just over 2 years ago, as mum was paying the bills she cancelled all the direct debits and told them she had moved out, they then sent my dad all the details on his gas bill but not his electric. He called up several times but they didnt do anything, so dad turned the heating off and used electric heaters all the time. My dad passed away in November and as the divorce hadn't been finalised she recieved everything.
Mum, being a follower of MSE, has called up energy watch and asked them what to do, they have said as mum is a new customer and no bill was ever produced Npower cannot charge her for any of dads useage! God knows what the final bill will be....
Of course they are arguing it, but Mum has the law on her side and keeps quoting what energy watch have told her!
Sorry its a bit long, but we can win some of the battles........
