Aqua phone calls driving me CRAZY

Hellol all,
I'm on a DMP with CCCS, one of my creditors is Aqua. They are phoning me 5-6 times a day. When i pick up sometimes they hang up, sometimes they take my security details and then say the phone call is a mistake and on Wednesday they asked when my next payment was coming.
They are absolute tools and do not seem to know what is going on. I had two calls in the space of 5 mins, yet they had previously told me i had been taken off the auto-dialler. Soooo frustrating. Anyone else had this?? Should i sent a letter to stop all future phone calls??

http://www.payplan.com/debt-library/bailiffs-harrassment.phpThe Administration of Justice Act 1970 S.40 makes it a Criminal Offence for a creditor or a creditor's agent (often a debt collection agency) to make demands (for money), which are aimed at causing “alarm, distress or humiliation, because of their frequency or publicity or manner”Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries0 -

Is your Home Phone with BT, If it is subscribe to their excellent Choose to refuse service.
Stop unwanted or nuisance calls. document.write('<a href=""\"javascript:expandArea(\'tablename2_Line3\');\">'); <a href="javascript:expandArea('tablename2_Line3');">What's the benefit?
Choose to Refuse prevents unwanted or nuisance calls getting through to you.
How does it work?
If you frequently receive unwanted or nuisance calls from a particular number, you can block that number from getting through to you. This ensures your peace of mind and, if later on you change your mind, you can lift the block and allow the caller to contact you again.
It's £3.35 per month, well worth it:T0 -
