Hi and welcome to the board to apply you simply go down the list and anything that interests you say a shampoo you follow the link in the post and fill in your details.
Be sure to only take up the freebies you are genuinely interested in though because too much demand means the offer can be shut down and others will miss out.
It is advisable that you read the terms and conditions and privacy policy to so you know whose getting your information and what it will be used for aswell as what your signing upto.
