Ok, got paid yesterday and now I have to spend all that money that I haven't spent for the past 18 months...
Ok, dentist cost me £100 all in, which I paid today.
I've budgetted £100 for some new work shoes .
I've budgetted £150 for my month's 'spending money' although this month that won't be quite so strict if I can budget in more.
Last night I went out with a friend who is moving away to a new job up north, so got some food in. I think my meal was £14 with a drink and a tip, which is more than I would dare spend previously, but seemed pretty reasonable. I still need to buy him a drink, but his leaving do proper is Sat.
I originally budget to save £600, but that's going to be closer to £350 after I've taken out all my required purchases this weekend. The idea of spending so much money makes me feel a little bit sick! No matter, next month I'll be able to save the full £600.

Morning folks!
NSD for me... have leftovers for lunch and loads of carrots to snack on. Gave OH back the £10 he gave me for 'treats' and gave him a shopping list
He's also banking his share of the bills to my account, so will have to pay bits and bobs (budgeted) later on. Glad it's Friday! x 0 -
If I feel up to it Tia Chai tonight a £5.

Morning all.
I don't think I'll have a NSD til Sunday
So far have spent £2.90 on breakfast as overslept then thought it was Saturday Fortunately only one boss is in and he wasn't fussed at all :rotfl:
I think my 5 minutes of panic next week could be increased as I am now in 'overdraft' mode. Will have to see what remains in the cupboard that I can use for lunch for next week. Thank goodness for thermos flasks!
Have a good day everyone :A
Update: Went to the gym for a supposed 30 min session and stayed for an hour! Sarnies and a twix was £1.50 (Twix is 50p). Shop owner reduced the price as I didn't want much in the sarnie. Bless him!
Still accumulating 50ps for my sealed jar so that helps to balance my spends............................ slightly

Good morning PaP, and everyone else :hello: :hello: :hello:
It's another NSD for me - I'm trying not to spend as I'm away all of next week and I'm trying to save this week's 'spending money' to make sure I'm not stuck next week. (If that makes sense
).
On a positive note - I received my ASDA colleague's discount card today. I have named my wife as the second 'authorised user', so we should be 'saving' a further £4 to £5 a week on our weekly food shop. :T
Have a great day.
