i've been hunting for this for a while as the others are all out of date :T i always use these for my eye tests.

for info, it has a closing date: 01/03/2008 and you can print as many as you need, take your whole family along and all the 500 points will be added to one card, i got 2000 (4 people/eyetests) points last time :T

Just off for an eye test with D&A, was going to use the voucher I got from my mortgage company but this one gives me nectar points as well.
