What about joining the local group of www.freecycle.org.

Like e-bay but the items are free. Some tat and some amazing stuff.

If you live near a posh area, sign up for that too as the pickings may be better.

    Hi.

I believe Asda are doing suits on sale at the mo - £15 for a suit if I remember rightly - don't shop there myself but saw it on here.

I'll be there for you when you need telling off - just let me know.

so, £8 on wine - how many bottles was that? If 2 or more then you are let off - otherwise what the he11 do you think you are up to???
  • It was 2 for £8 pound offer in local shop. Usually £5.99 so thought it was a deal. But did I really need if????? I think not! So no more. Going to check out Asda later, have one not too far away. And I'm on freecycle but never even thought to ask there, will now though.

No you didn't need it, you naughty naughty person!
( Is that enough telling off for you?)
  • I know, I know! Bought coke tonight instead which was £1.20 and nothing else! So very good today. Reading up on stuff for work all day so have had my head in this laptop since six this morning. Time to stop me thinks before I go nuts! Tomorrow I'm scrapbooking and sister is bringing the lunch so nothing to spend on that either. Cheap weekend :T
