Tesco Mobile Recycling (hunderd of clubcard points to be had!)

With Tesco iv been told you get 300 clubcard points for every mobile your recycle and send to the freepost address.

However i vividly remember they once used to give 500 green clubcard points.

now what is even more confusing and for us moneysavers a point for argument in getting the 500 points is:

Tesco over the phone confirmed you get 300 points for every phone you recycle

iv sent in a phone recently with a screen dump of the 500 points link (hope they give me the full 500!)

Furthermore with the TJ hughes Deal on the Motorola F3 if you buy one at 7.48 delivered and send it off you would get £20 deals (if given 500 points) or £12 deals (if given 300 points)

With a significant number of customer service personnel unwillingly honouring the DTD policy that's written on the wall behind them, I don't hold out much hope. Do you?

This company likes to run rough-shod over its customers almost as much as it runs rough-shod over its staff and planning regulation.

Take what you can get from it and give as little as possible - remember, this site is about consumer revenge.
