Beanscene (a coffee chain in Scotland) is offering free WiFi access to all customers in each of its 15 outlets.
They already offer paid access, but I always thought it was too expensive, so now, for the price of a cup of coffee you can have an hour for free :T
Remember to ask for a wifi ticket when you buy your drink (and get your loyalty card - buy 9 cups get the 10th free)
So - your 10th cup will be free and the wifi too!
