i've just managed to get my money back from the order they lost before christmas :mad:
i ordered £90's worth of presents and stocking fillers in plenty of time for christmas but they lost the order and didn't let me know until someone elses parcel turned up instead of mine on the saturday before christmas day. i had to brave swindon town on one of the busiest days of the year to go down to their shop and stand out of the money to replace the toys. i didn't get my 5% discount that i'd used online and a lot of the toys were sold out which meant i had to visit other shops as well.
hawkins said they couldn't refund my money until the parcel i'd received had been returned, and that wasn't picked up until the beginning of january, then i had to wait another couple of weeks and make many phone calls to them to get my refund.

i will never ever shop with this terrible company again. their customer service is sh*t to say the least, and thanks to them my kids' christmas was very nearly ruined. :mad::mad::mad:
