IFA is charging me nothing, he is getting paid from the company's direct.

My Mortgage is only 75k, i think skipotn have fees for leaving within 3 years, but i wont be doing that anyway, also I can overpay without charge up to 3 years also.

You have to weigh up the IFA quote is reasonable.If you have not done your own search(and these only take minutes on the search engines,you will never
know what the sites are charging.You may be happy with the £8 month,but I would like to be satisfied that for the next so many years ahead,I can fix the
life payments.Are you being charged a guaranteed rate?

I have no idea, before I sign I will do my own research i thinks
