A court stamp, checking it is the correct document/form by searching for it HERE, and checking with the court itself who should have a record of everything they issue.
Fake court documents aren't very common anyway.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

debts are sold on for 10% or less of the outstanding, which is ironic when reduced payments are refused, if i could buy my debts for 10% (£5000) id hapilly do it! (if i had it)
maybe i should ask?......0 -

Court papers will have a court stamp and a ref number on them, you can contact the court and confirm that they are legit.
Any other reference to court - solicitors, 'pre-court division' etc, are normally just tactics.
The other thing about Debt Collection Agencies is its fun to play them at their own game
when they phone tell them you are not Mr Notgotapottoweein, you are Jemima Puddleduck and thus unable to answer their queries. Ask them to hang on and then put the reciever next to the radio. If you are a man, tell them you are pregnant. As long as you are paying them what you can afford to pay, you have no reason to fear them. 0 -

Thanks peanuts.
However we will not be paying them a penny so they'll have to deal with the ORBSC No 104  :j0 -
I have a debt collection agency after me right now, and they are down right insulting
basically they are trying to collect £400 i supposedly owe to a rip-off pr agency I used..this company breached their own contract by not providing me with weekly reports, and doing an awful job.
now that £400 is something like £1000, after all the imaginary 'compensation' and 'interest' charges got added.
on top of that, they are now faking court documents, which I am pretty sure is illegal, and I would like to sue them..I know this because they have used the same crappy blue tinted paper throughout the whole process, so I know it is still from the debt collection agency, and not from a court like they are trying to fool me
if one of these !!!!!!!s comes to my door, i will hospitalise them0 -
better to just say hello good buy, send any and all info to the oft if u think they are being underhand, they love toy town companys that lie to people. they can remove lic etc. but best to keep all documents and copy and send them off. you can also inform the company you are reporting sometimes they back right off. this i did a few weeks ago with freddricks then robinsons, been nice and peacefull since.;) also if the docs are faulse court papers im sure the court and police would just love them.:rotfl:0

I was told last year when we were struggling financially by endeavour that social services would be involved if we didn't pay our loan and that our son would be taken away from us. aparently if we couldn't afford to pay them, then we couldnt afford to have our son and social services would have to be involved0
