Best Bank Charges!

My accountant has advised me to go 'Ltd' which I have decided to do, this will be in place in time for the new tax year.
For this to happen I have to set up a Business Account with a bank (any UK bank) & charges are not an option - you pay charges when you pay in cash or cheques or pay out, you pay charges for DD & maintenance fee's.....& so on regardless of your balance after an intital interest free honeymoon period.
Can anyone please tell me the best bank whereby I won't feel as though I'm being 'ripped off' and getting some value for money.
Many thanks
