Hmm, but the reviewers aren't so sure .....

The only problem is that the Motofone F3's interface is very difficult to get used to and if you're looking for a phone that does more than make calls then you'll probably be disappointed

this phone is the devil itself to use effectively. I suspect it will be challenging for the mobile phone novice or reluctant user who must, surely, between them be a major part of the target market. Those in less developed countries looking for low cost mobiles might also be interested, but they too will have to deal with the problem of actually using the thing.0 -

Oh you are awful :rotfl: :rotfl: Why assume that the older generation dont like 'complicated' phones.
I am 61 and I bet I can knock spots off you, with technology. Dont forget the phrase 'silver surfer' was coined over 10 years ago. Which means that the older ones had experience of technology when a lot of this young generation were still sucking their thumbs.
No offence meant, but like any age group there will always be technophobes. Open your mind, and you will realise what I mean:T :T How old is Bill Gates again??? ~ What goes around comes around ~0 -

I got this phone.... and hated it! It is very basic but not at all easy to use and forget using it to text people. I wouldnt recommend it even for £5....Virgin sell a nice nokia for about £12, much better buy.2012 wins approx £11,000 including 5k to spend on a holiday :j0

I bought this phone today for the pure purpose of getting Orange Weds.

Hi, do you know if this phone is unlocked?
Thanks,
Nick.something missing0 -
It was locked and cost a bomb to get it unlocked. I just read on Hotdeals that some one bought one from Play com and it came unlocked. It is such a complicated mobile to use.
I have had so many mobiles ,Nokia,Motorola, Lobster,Sony Ericsson, and this F3 is the worse mobile i have ever used, or tried to use.
I never did get it unlocked as the Market wanted £15 ! I am taking it to India with me and giving it away to the first person i see .0 -
Great phone, simple, very long battery life, high visibility liquid paper display, very loud speaker, tough, makes calls and sends texts that's all.
I've owned one for months and having owned endless gadgets, phones, laptops and the like I really like this product, it does not pretend to be anything but a phone and by doing so it does it very well.
A bargain at this price.0 -
Yup, for a mobile phone - forgetting everything else that some people associate with phones, it works a treat and is a doddle to use.0
