  • wonder if someone can help. I have 5 accounts at my address and I've notice that 2 of them don't appear to have had their 1000points added to them.
    can anyone advise how long it usually takes for these 'bonus' points to appear on your account?
    I still have the print out from my last order and it clearly states 1058 points earned this visit....but my account details are only showing 450!!!!

    You could try and use them anyway. I have done this TWICE now with success. Normally only a few days over and I keep promising myself that I am saving these up for 4x offers but nothing really appeals and I keep getting to expired dates. I also have another £30 worth to use again this time so here's hoping....

    Sorry just read my post back and realised that it could be misleading. I should have said that I have used expired vouchers in the store (at face value) and not sent them away for 4x offers. Hope that clarifies.:eek:
  • Hi,newbie here,read a lot but this is my first post(hope it helps)

    I found some expired tesco clubcard vouchers and thought thats it and threw them in the bin,3 months later(after reading somewhere) i phone customer service,told them i had found some expired vouchers and was asked by a very helpfull lady if i would like the expired amount put on to my current balance,this kind lady even traced back to 2006 and put any expired vouchers she found back onto my current total(£53 now thats a lot in deals for my next holiday:rotfl: :j )

    worth a phone call just to check,hope this has been helpfull

    Codes NEVER seem to work anymore when you try to complete the 'checkout' process !!

    They bank on the account ok but at the end of the checkout process I always get the error message (below). This has now happened to me so many times that I've almost given up on trying on any new codes published here. However, I thought I'd just tried the code u just posted and it's the same old story !!

    Before people announce that a code works - can they pls wait till they have SUCCESSFULLY checked out beforehand !! Cheers. Chris

    I use codes from here for every order, and they go through fine. Some don't work, but I can always find a few that do (and the ones that don't work in my main account tend to work in my secondary account).

    I think you'll find many people do checkout before they post the codes here (it's not a good idea to post any code before you checkout, just in case it's a one-use only code, or a limited use code). The codes probably are working for others and just not for you for some reason. If you haven't done it yet, you may want to open a new account with a different email address and try ordering there.
