I thought I had three accounts with the same clubcard - is this not possible? If not I might have to check as one of them might not be collecting points?

It accepted the 750 points voucher though..

How do you enter the same clubcard number onto another account, when i do this, it says 'clubcard already registered'??
  • wheres has the codes only thread gone? am i being blind or has it been taken off?

Hi - i have a problem. the 750 points codeand the free delivery points codes above appear to have been accepted but when I try to chekcout, it then tells me that there is a problem with the code. Anyone else had this?Anyway round it? Just called CS and they were really unhelpful. Thanks
  • I've had a similar problems with codes being accepted but not being able to check out. So today when trying to use the 'free delivery' code that was taking £6.25 off, it wouldn't check out I dumped the lot and went and shopped at WaitroseDeliver - free delivery over £50. :D

Do i just ask instore for a clubcard??

I've never added a clubcard for any of my extra accounts I just use the virtual clubcard number they gave me when I registered the account, they still send vouchers each mailing date.

    From the Tesco website

    Do I need a Clubcard?
You will need a Tesco Clubcard to shop at Tesco.com, but don't worry if you don't have one, a Clubcard number will automatically be given to you when you register.
This virtual Clubcard number will enable you to shop online and earn you Clubcard points on all your purchases.
For every £1 you spend online, you will earn one Clubcard point.
Alternatively you can pick up a card in your local store, and then register online at https://www.tesco.com
    Next year we'll be millionaires!
  • Hi,
I shop with Tescos a lot online (I'm trying to get points to pay for open university fees). Every single time that I try to use the free delivery code (xx-delv i think it is) it never works, yet a lot of people on here keep mentioning it so I'm guessing it works for them. Why is this? Anybody else having the same problem?

Also, it's a shame the Tesco codes seemed to have dried up - my fridge is empty but I'm trying to hold out until something appears.
  • You can have as many clubcards as you want in your name. The thing to do is open accounts with different email addresses and you get issued with a virtual card with each one. So where it says 'enter your clubcard details' you just leave it blank. Then you ring customer services and ask them to create 'associate' links between your cards. Basically you can link the cards together so that they all feed into the same points balance, whilst still being able to use technically different accounts.

Having said this, I dont bother having lots of different online accounts - all the different log-ins and passwords and things drive me crazy - but the opportunity is there if you want to.

So there we go - ring and ask about 'associate cards'.

They'll also check what cards are out in your name and can search to find all the ones registered to old addresses so if you think there might be an old one with some points on it somewhere, ask them to look because they'll transfer (by making it an associate card) to your current clubcard.
