Tesco voucher codes DISCUSSION ONLY!

Getting the same problem. Spent ages doing my shopping - then none of the codes will work!

How frustrating. =[

It was the same for me - could get none at all to work, then got the following to work, which was better than nothing:

Just put 3 or 4 bottles of spirits in your basket taking spend over £50 ,then try to check out with code,once one works go back and change basket.No need to check out and pay,just go to the input voucher stage.Once youve ordered what you want voucher will be there when you pay.

Have tried every code I can find now and none work - even the ones that are supposed to be 23/3 till 04/04 are saying 'campaign now ended'! Has Tesco pulled the plug on codes? very frustrating as have spent the last hour doing the shopping, tempted to give up and go elsewhere!

I've just had exactly the same thing! Even the free delivery code is being refused!

Can they pull the plug on codes when they have already advertised them as valid until a certain date?

Nothing is working.

I was so mad I just called Tesco, I'd planned to use a £12 of an £80 shop so I'm not a bit happy at missing out on that!

Tesco tell me that if I process the order and then call back they will refund me.

Hmmmm, not very happy with this at all. This is the second shop on the trot I've had problems with. My shopping is only cheaper at Tesco if I can use the voucher. So now I have to decide If I undo it all and change to Asda or put my trust in something I've been told over the telephone.

I got told the other day that my voucher would be honoured when I called back but then told is non-transferable (given to me by my mum who doesn't have internet), was hung up on, spoken to rudely & then the guy refused to give his surname saying it's company policy not to!

UPDATE!

Just called customer service to get update on complaint & they advised not logged yet??! However spoke to a lovely young lady who once I explained apologised & refunded the £7.50 back to my card (also just got email to confirm this).

She also put her surname on the email - thankyou Sam!! :j :j :j
