Can somebody pls help. we have a timeshare week in Portugal whcih we purchased many years ago. we want to get rid of it but have been offered peanuts for it, i have a service bill for £250 which i don't want to pay any more, what are the legal issues if i stop paying. I have received a final reminder before it is sent to the adm dpt.

Hi, I think they will be legally entitled to chase you for the money.Your best be is to try and sell it on ebay,but looking on there its looks like there are alot of people in the same situation as you and selling them for peanuts just to get rid of the worry.What you have to realise that unless you do something about it, then you have to keep on paying the maintenace whether you use it or not,which could go on for years!.I know this is not what you wanted to hear but cut your losses if you can and move on.0

which week is it have you tried renting that week out it may make more than the service charge,and every renter would be a possible buyerI MOJACAR0
