I found a recipe on a DFW thread by Sweetpea03 for sweet potato & tomato soup. Very easy & delicious and the one I made was so thick it made a great pasta sauce too. The recipe says tinned toms but the second time I made it I used half a jar of passata and preferred it. Great with cheese grated on top mmmmm. HTHNothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. William James0
