Impressions:
Gosh you seemed very middle class and confident, I'd have assumed you were a power suit wearing manager. If I went to the CAB I'd believe you did know what you were talking about.
It seemed easy in 3 minutes - we cut our shopping bill, we made a budget, we changed suppliers - kind of didn't give the impression of how tough it was, when you literally had 10p for milk or nappies and the frecycle buggy meant you could venture out with two kids. It was tough and took a lot of determination and the TV gloss made it look easier. Most people don't stick with it and certainly like you do - made it look easy rather than pointing out you're the 5-sigma variation.
Carpet and inside of cupboards looked clean.
